Basically, we generate cashback for users as their card payments are confirmed as successful by our provider. There is usually a delay of 2 to 5 business days for the confirmation to arrive, although in some cases it may take less or more time.

So, if you want to generate cashback as a user during the month of, for example, August and receive it on September 1st, it is recommended that you first achieve a challenge and/or have a plan that gives you a percentage of cashback as a benefit. Secondly, each card transaction should be made at least 3 to 5 days before the end of the month, otherwise the settlement may arrive in the following month and, consequently, the corresponding cashback (which may vary depending on the challenges achieved in August and the user's contracted Damex plan) will be received on October 1st.
