I'm having problems with my transactions

A transaction can be rejected or blocked either by Damex, or by the risk profile of the merchant and or wallet address.

The most frequent reason is that Damex receives a negative response from the safety checks it has in place. This can have multiple causes:

  • the card number or CVC is incorrect
  • the amount exceeds the limit.
