The app isn't counting my steps. (Apple OS Only)

If you can't see your steps updating in Damex app, there are a few things that you could check on your own device: 

 

  • It’s most likely a permissions issue, you need to grant Apple Health permission to Damex.

  • Make sure that you have the latest version of the app.
